“My husband and I moved from city water in Ft. Lauderdale to well water in Indian River Farms–Vero Beach. We had no clue how to maintain well water and no clue just how horrible the water was coming out of that well. We were new in town and were given many costly recommendations on how to correct the water which was loaded with tannins, sulfer, iron, manganese and so much more. All-Rite water was leasing their water purification equipment to the previous owners so we decided to keep the service until we figured out what to do. Chris turned out to be the most honest, trustworthy and ethical person. Within the first two weeks of moving in he came out to help us at least four times. This frequency did not slow down with time either. He VERY PATIENTLY taught us the good, bad and ugly about our water. My husband and I got quotes from various companies for varies remedies: new equipment, Artesean well, and whole house RO systems. All the while our house smelled like rotten eggs or the water was yellow or any number or problems. We didn’t know who to trust…who to believe. After several months of coming out for service calls (at no charge because we leased their equipment!) at all hours of the day and evenings, tirelessly trying to turn our horrible water in to something we could use to shower in, we realized that Chris and Jonathon had our best interest in mind with their actions and advice. We now have an Artesean well (at the suggestion of Chris). He told us without all the impurities of our old well, the Artesean would be easy to treat and he was SO right. My husband and I do not like leaving the shower these days. We think back to the cold, smelly showers from four months ago and we are forever greatful to Chris, Jonathon and everyone at All-Rite water. They truly cared about us. We caused them many headaches but they stuck it out with us and solved the problem. We consider Chris a friend. We wholeheartedly recommend Chris and All-Rite water to anyone who needs water purification.” – Tracy Cunningham, A 5-Star Google Review
COMMON FL WATER PROBLEMS
According to a report by CNN, more than 5,000 water treatment plants across the United States are in violation of the Water Quality Association standards and contributing to the water health crisis
- Failure to properly test the wa
ter - Failure to report contamination

With any health crisis, it’s important to know and understand the facts and fortunately, the facts are easy to find with a simple water test.

Odor
It’s common for Space and Treasure Coast’s water to have a distinct and unpleasant odor. These odors are typically attributed to the presence of high amounts of sulfide gas, chlorine, metals, or other contaminants in the water. With a water purification system, we can help get your water back to odorless.
Lead
According to the New York Times: “The Environmental Protection Agency says streams tapped by water utilities serving a third of the population are not yet covered by clean-water laws that limit levels of toxic pollutants.”
Furthermore, lead is rarely treated by municipalities and is picked up in water during its journey to your home’s tap. Lead can easily be removed by a Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System from All-Rite Water Purification.
Chromium 6
A new study by the Environmental Working Group reports that Space Coast & Treasure Coast drinking water contains hexavalent chromium, a toxic metal that has been linked to cancer. While the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency does not require testing for the metal, the survey found that levels in the local area water in certain areas were pushing the levels proposed as a safety limit by authorities. This contaminant has been proven to cause cancer. A reverse osmosis drinking water system can help bring contaminants like Chromium 6 to a safe level.
Hardness Minerals
What it is – hard water contains calcium and magnesium minerals which bond with everything they touch leaving “limescale” in their wake.
Treatment – Our guaranteed water softener provides the best option for soft water on the market. It improves the water throughout your entire home while protecting your appliances and fixtures.
Iron
What it is – Iron can come in a couple of different forms including dissolved and non-dissolved. Both of which can leave red/orange stains on your sinks, tubs, and toilets and can be extremely hard to remove. Iron can also cause bacteria to grow and let off an unpleasant smell.
Chlorine
What it is – Chlorine is a chemical used by municipal & local water treatment plants to reduce harmful bacteria in the water supply. While this sounds good, chlorine and chloramines can cause a bacteria of their own to grow called trihalomethanes (TTHM) which is quite unsafe to drink or bathe in.
Treatment – The most efficient Chlorine reduction filter is Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) or Catalytic Carbon. Due to the high level of chlorine added to water by cities, you will really appreciate your water with chlorine reduction. See our Whole House Filtration page for more information.
Dirt & Sediment
What it is – dirt & sediment is just as it sounds. This is typically most common in well water or surface water that hasn’t gone through a treatment facility.
Treatment – Dirt and sediment are found in almost all water supplies and will decrease the efficiency and lifespan of your appliances. For example, sediment in a water heater can prevent the heat from transferring to the water in the tank once sediment has built up in the bottom. Our whole house filtration system can help with this problem.
